What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity for cosmetic manufacturing starts from 1,000 units. In certain cases, a lower quantity may be possible and requires individual review by our specialists.
Does ÉLAN KIMYA help with brand creation?
Yes, we support projects at every stage—from formula development and packaging selection to product registration documentation and brand launch. Formula development costs €200 per product and includes up to five rounds of revisions and test samples at each stage
What certifications does your manufacturing facility have?
Our factory operates in accordance with GMP and ISO 9001:2015 standards, and our products comply with CPNP, FDA, and GCC requirements, allowing us to manufacture products for the European, US, and Middle Eastern markets.
Can I create a private label cosmetics brand?
Yes, we specialize in manufacturing private label cosmetics for international brands—both from scratch and based on an existing product used as a reference.
What products do you manufacture?
We manufacture skincare, haircare, color cosmetics, and professional brow and lash products.
Can I order bulk-filled products?
No, we only work on products manufactured in containers with complete packaging.
Do you work with customer-supplied packaging?
Yes, we work with customer-supplied packaging after testing all components at our manufacturing facility.
How is project communication organized?
The main communication takes place in a Telegram group with representatives from both parties. Online meetings are held via Zoom or Telegram by prior arrangement.
What are the main stages of cooperation?
Request → providing information about the desired product, packaging, quantity, and target market → estimated price range → formula development payment (€200) → sample production and testing (up to 5 iterations) → approval of the formula, packaging, and design → final price calculation → 50% payment → production → remaining 50% payment → shipment to the customer.
What does the final product price include?
The price consists of: formula development + documentation preparation + packaging artwork + product filling + containers + packaging (labels/boxes) + delivery. The exact price can only be provided after the formula, containers, and packaging have been approved. At the initial stage, we provide an estimated price range.
How long does formula development and sample approval take?
Formula development and sample approval usually take 1–2 weeks, followed by 3–4 weeks for production of the final batch (timelines may vary depending on product complexity and the number of revisions).
Which countries do you export to?
Our products are exported to more than 40 countries, including the EU, the United Kingdom, the United States, and GCC countries, with full documentation support for each market.
